The drone wont show up in "my drones" please fix issue. Idk why its not working. I have connected it to my phone but it still wont show up

I have a Parrot AR Drone 2.0 Elite Edition and this app says it cant see the drone. I am connected to the drones wifi, but it still cant see it. The Freeflight 2 app keeps crashing the second I go into flight mode so I thought this app would work since its newer. Theyre both garbage. This may be the most awesome drone on the market but I have never seen such trash support from the manufacturer. I have tried on 4 different iPhone 6s, and an iPad Air 2. The only thing I can get it to work on is an old iPod touch 4th gen running iOS 6. The battery life on my junk old iPod is too short to make it feasible. No excuse whatsoever why this wont work on the latest iPhone hardware with current iOS. I wish I had never been suckered into thinking this would be enjoyable. I have never been so frustrated in my life. JUNK!!!!!

The app crashes 6 seconds after I open it. Every. Single. Time.

For a free app to control two separate drones and a mini drone they makers deserve 5 stars, now I bought the sky controller and it also is running the same app. Pretty darn good for one of if not the first app of its kind

I like the app although Im still getting used to it so I can maneuver my drone at full capacity.

Ive had no problems with lost connections since updating the firmware and the iOS app. The flight plan feature is fantastic. Almost like getting a new drone with all the new features.

Hello, I have the newest parrot bebop drone (bebop 2) I have owned 2 parrot ar drone 2.0 and also own a pair of zik 2.0 I have used the emergency button quite a lot of times for testing purposes and such with the at drone 2.0 and because sometimes I got carried away but yea on the bebop 2 with the new UI and camera pan I was using both fingers to move the camera and I accidentally hit the emergency button and it fell out of the sky at about 7 feet on concrete and slightly bent 2 propellors can be fixed though and scuffed up 2 feet and got sooooo scared by this then it happened, I have pressed emergency button on accident many times with this drone on my device including the skycontroller but I changed the button layout for the controller so I removed it but I would like either a toggle for the emergency button that it will go away until its turned on in the settings or just let a pop-up note asking for confirmation that can be toggled to be on or off. I just hope this will be taken into consideration because I love parrot and will always buy their products and know there a good company who listens. Please address this so I can know I wont mess up again and risk hurting my expensive drone by falling out of the sky!!

Instructions very unclear for Mars cargo drone. 1st of all, theyre in Spanish. 2nd of all, I finally got it connected and I dont know how to fly it! Do I have to pay another $20 just to fly my drone?! This is an outrage!

The FF3 app does what it says. It does an adequate job controlling my Bebop 2. Its a little problematic using Flight Plan and I wish it had WPA wifi support.

You know you are in trouble when the help videos are in a foreign language. Poor documentation.

Got my iPhone 6 replaced today with OS 9 newly loaded. The Freeflight 3 app I downloaded asked for a firmware update for the drone right away but fails to perform the update. Just bought the drone today. It is an expensive paper weight. Cant do anything. Never had a more frustrating consumer experience.

Every time I try to register my username and drone, I receive an error and am unable to do so.

Is my own network error？I cant update the new version and its also slow.

The absolute best app and drone on the market cheaper and more reliable than the other companys

Love the Drone but the app is a little glitchy and hard to navigate. I would love an option to practice and get failure with the app without using the Drone.
